I have 8 2602i access points, and noticed that there are multiple firmware upgraded available. They are all currently running 15.2(2)JA firmware, and was going to update them to the latest 15.3(3)JC. We do have a few minor issues with them on occasion, so i thought i would upgrade the firmware.
With the upgrade, will i have to completely re-program the Access Points? Or will the config stay intact?
Thanks in advance
Rodney
also, is there a stable firmware that you would recommend over the latest one?

Hi,
Your config will be same as earlier after upgrade.
See the latest Software version here and download it:
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=284362257&flowid=34153&softwareid=284180979&release=15.3.3-JC&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=ED&reltype=latest
don't download the deferred sw version.

The config will remain intact.
If there is a "gold star" release I would use that. These releases have a "gold star" next to their version number in the download centre.
