I have two cisco 1200 that i need to pass traffic from one building to another. I have two 3524 poe switches one on each side. i want to trunk or pass 2 vlans over the radio but i need to set up like a trunk as if i was just trunking the two switches. can anyone help me with this configuration?

Cisco doesn't allow bridging on this model. You'll need to get a 1300 or 1400 AP. Your best bet is to configure one of them as a repeater.

so are you saying that if I set it as a repeater it will pass the vlans?

yes you can bridge 1200. you might have to upgrade your image, http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/access_point/12.3_7_JA/configuration/guide/s37rf.html#wp1101651
but all ap as of 12.3(8) can bridge.
