Hi All,
We just purchase a C1131-8PWA router, and we would like to use the wireless module as a mobility controller for APs,
However when the start-up wizard, there got 2 choose DNAC and Classis day 0 wizard, but the classic not able to click into it. (Please refer attach image)
Anyone can help on this, what is the cause?
Current router firmware: 17.09.04a (Router info inside attachment)

- You may need to do some additional tasks first : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/isr1100/software/configuration/xe-17/isr1100-sw-config-xe-17/configuring_wifi6.html#task_utm_wb2_dlb
Review the complete document too :

Yes , follow the complete steps (sequence) as mentioned , the idea apparently of the NAT part is to be able to access the inner access point ,

Also Cisco GUI interfaces are notoriously fussy about browsers so in addition to what Marce has highlighted, try different browsers (generally Firefox is best but try them all) and sometimes if the software it's running is old you might need to use an older version of the browser. Make sure things like popup and ad blockers are disabled while accessing that page too.

- Do you have the option of rebooting the AP separately and check the boot process , looking for errors , if any.
If not do the same for the 'complete device'

Have you tried configuring the AP via CLI rather than obsessing about the GUI which could be affected by a software bug?
