C881G-4G-GA-K9 Session disconnect reason codes

Hello,

I just experienced issues with a  C881G-4G-GA-K9 (no IP-Address on the interface, no service...).

In the output of show cellular 0 all, in the Data Connection Information I got following:

Data Connection Information
===========================
Profile 1, Packet Session Status = INACTIVE
Call end mode = 3GPP
Session disconnect reason type = 3GPP specification defined(6)
Session disconnect reason = Authentication failed(29)

Tried to find out what is the meaning of codes (6 and 29) but without success.

Can anyone help me out?

Hi,

the authentication has been made by a RADIUS server.

I have checked the settings, and these seemed to be fine. That's why I'm even more confused about the error.

Any Idea about the meaning of the codes? Are there any other?

The authentication @Rps-Cheers means is the cellular interface APN authentication. Basically, there will be a APN with username and password binding with a 4G SIM card for your 4G router. It's very likely that the username and password combination provided by ISP is incorrect.
