Hi I trying to reach a building on the same campus from the main site

would 2xC9124AXI-E -combined with a 9800 controller and  AIR-ANT2413P2M-N directional antennas on the roofs at each building   provide wireless bridges up to 200 metres--

They used to be some Cisco Calculator-- which you could use to calculate distance but i cant find -- it -- any pointer please-

If they have line of sight clear i do not see any issue configuring as bridge, check the WLC configuration guide how you can do (never done so refer) - have installed bridge mode with out controller they act seperatly.

check the installation guide for distance :

It used to call Outdoor Bridge Calculator Utility. I'm not sure if Cisco updated this tool to use with newer APs/Antennas. Here is the link for the tool

200 meters is doable with this setup.

AP can't act as standalone unit. You need the AP to run EWC mode. Here is the config guide to achieve this.

Would i need a ISE -- for auth -- if so what's the smallest one can buy?

If your question pertains to setting up the Mesh link, then you do not need ISE. However, if it’s related to user authentication, it depends on your specific goals and the type of security your organization wants to enforce.

Refer this document for WLAN security matrix.
