Solved: C9800-40-K9 Factory Reset Instructions or Password Reset (un/pw broke)

Does anyone know how to factory reset the C9800-40-K9 WLC? My local password is not working after reboot, and I am having a hard time finding factory reset or password recovery instructions.

to focus on password recovery only , for the time being
