Hi Chrome can access WLC9800 without any issue, Firefox cannot. Please see the below. It used to access it. Dont know what happen. The below info is different with what we saw before. In the past, when visiting 9800, we got a warning saying accessing would take some risk, but now it directly shows the below info. Why it happen? Thanks

Which Firefox version do you have? Firefox Version 63.x is not supported.

it’s cert trust issue, try incognito, if it still doesn’t work, then there is a way to change ssl setting on Firefox
