Hey,
I want to upload a patch to cmx, but WinSCP is a prohibited software in my environment. Does CMX support running as a FTP or SFTP server so that my PC ftp/sftp client can upload the patch?

@Max Jobs CMX is not Mobility Express!
It is a completely separate Cisco product: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/wireless/connected-mobile-experiences-cmx-cloud/series.html
@lwang scp is a native command line tool in Windows 10 and later so you should not need WinSCP.
Look in C:\Windows\System32\OpenSSH and you might already have it installed.

Hi Iwang, Yes, Cisco Mobility Express (CMX) does support file transfer protocols such as FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol). These protocols can be used to upload patches or software updates to the CMX device

Hey Moein,
Do I need to run any command to enable FTP/SFTP server on CMX or it is enabled by default? I just tried FTP/SFTP with users cmxadmin and root but neither of them worked.
