Can it be done? Serial - 802.11g with EAP?

I'm trying to replace the functionality of a Symbol Technologies CB1000a with a small bridge that will run in an EAP environment. Short of building an embedded processor running XPe with an a/b/g card...any ideas of a small footprint stand-alone EAP compatible bridge solution??

Using a Cisco Access Point (113x and 12xx series) and the latest released image from Cisco, these Access Point devices can now be put into Bridge mode supporting LEAP and WPA-PSK mode. Other EAP types such as EAP-FAST are planned for later releases.
