Can ping to WLC butt.. can't access ,No firewall and any ALC

Hi all

I am newbie for Cisco wlc, I facing some issue

following the picture   

Interface  managements  vlan:untag    can PING to WLC   and  can access to WLC by https ,ssh  normally  everything  . this vlan is AP management

Interface sw-management vlan : 100   can PING to WLC(172.27.252.1) butt can't access 

Devices connect             WLC <---> Switch <---> My PC     no firewall and ACL

What I did wrong ?

You only require to access WLC using its management IP address. Other dynamic interfaces created for SSID configuration and you do not want to access WLC using those IP addresses.

That name "sw-management" is someone named like that and no significance for management purposes.
