I have this WLC 9800 which can manage 100 APs using DNA-A license and 50 APs using -DNA-E license at the same time.

DNA-A encompass DNA-E which means If you have DNA-A you also have DNA-E.
For access point I dont see any difference on this license level. This is relevant for devices which can perform different function based on license. Access points is WlC dependent.

I have a Wireless DNA-A and DNA-E license, can I use it simultaneously on the C9800?

Yes, I dont see any problem.
As I said, DNA-A (Advanced) and DNA-E (Essential) are different level of license but this is relevant for network devices who can play different roles. I dont see why this would be relevant for Access Points.

I mean DNA Wireless, not SD-WAN

I got, just share the link in order to make my point. The difference in the license for wireless does not make much sense as Access Points execute the same task on the network.
Different from other devices that can play different roles based on license.

Like @jagan.chowdam said the WLC can only support 1 license level for all APs.
Once that is configured the WLC will request the configured license for each AP which joins from Smart Licensing.
So if you configure the WLC for Advanced with 150 APs it will request 150 Advanced licenses.
