Cannot configure AP device on Cisco WLC

Added new AP devices to our organization and when I try to add them on our 5508 Wireless Controller I get the following error:

If you are in the US, it's also possible that your new APs are -B regulatory domain APs, but you have not upgraded your WLC to support -B APs yet. More info here:

Maybe the AP is still in the process of downloading the IOS from the controller.

The link you provided says I am unauthorized to view it. Could you provide me that document. I think you are correct. The current AP's we were using were AIR-CAP3602I-A-K9  and the new ones are AIR-CAP3602I-B-K9.

Not sure exactly what patch/software I need to download in order to bring our 5508 up to date. The current version is

Software Version 7.2.103.0
