Cannot Upgrade System Software on 1200 Series AP

I am trying to upgradet the system software on my 1200 series ap. I cannot get the http to work correctly and I do not understand the syntax in the help files to use telnet for tftp. Can someone give me the syntax to upgrade using tftp?

To upgrade from CLI using tftp, the syntax is:

archive download /reload /overwrite tftp:///filename
