Catalyst 3560 Loses Connectivity When AP is Connected

Using two Cat 3560's as access switches, with uplinks to Cat 9300 stack of two. Connecting a single AP to each 3560. Connectivity is ok with 1 AP connected. But, when the other AP is connected (to a different 3560), that device loses connectivity on all interfaces. I'm baffled...

Is anyone aware of a bug, or cause to make all ports lose connectivity when a single AP is connected?

I didn't have remote access, so couldn't view the logs or do any testing at the time. I'm sure it will be more clear once I can do so

What is the configuration of the port?
Is that port incorrectly configured for an Etherchannel?
