CBD240ac 5 units in Mesh - No Primary Found

This is now my 2nd location where the CBW240ac mesh (5 units each) have "No Primary Found".
Not available for me to admin any of this stuff without a Primary to log into.

How do I regain my Primary?
I have NOT changed any IP Addresses.  The system has worked well for over a year, but now "No Primary Found".

Do I need to Reset to Factory?
Thanks in advance.

Actually, I did make 1 change.  I added a Cisco Meraki m48 port POE switch to the network.
Surely that would not effect the Primary?

My 2nd network across town has no such addition, yet also has "No Primary Found" and no way to manage.

Hi

There is this guide for troubleshooting problem o CBW but those devices are meant to be plug and play. When something weird happens I believe the best to do it factory reset.  If possible, try to also upgrade to the last version, if not yet.

Thanks Flavio.  I'll go read that.

"The management MAC address is 00:00:5e:00:01:01"
I used that on a network scan and found the Management IP.
I got Authenticated, then a blank screen.  More info later.

I got in both networks using this.
Seems the Username is indeed Case Sensitive.
And always document.
And kicked out before I could even check the software version.
Perhaps a Reset to Factory (not now, but after hours).
