I have three CBW150AX APs in my home. Recently one disconnected from the group and was blinking red/green. I upgraded the Primary and second AP to the latest firmware 10.6.2.0. They are working fine.
I factory reset the disconnected AP and have been attempting to have it join the other APs. I will not. It cycles with a white light then blinks repeatedly with a green light. then repeats this cycle.
I contacted Cisco but it is beyond the warranty. Hoping someone here can provide guidance.
Thanks.

I dont much to do besides what you did. Those device dont offer to much troubleshooting possibility.
Do you see any log ?

Thank you Flavio. Honestly, given my skill level, I am not sure what I would look for in the logs.

based on LED, seems like the AP is not getting IP.
its detecting POE, initiates Boot, then waits for uplink and then repeat.
make sure AP is getting IP and as recommended get logs, you can get details of how to get logs here

The log seems to be related to client connecting to the AP.
01-05-2025 02:36 PM
Is there a different log I should post?
01-05-2025 04:54 PM
Not sure if you device have this option, but if it does, enable debugging and try to join the AP.
01-05-2025 05:02 PM
Thank you Flavio. That’s what I did to get the logs that I posted. These APs are supposed to join without any intervention - which has worked in the past. Since I have set it back to factory default and it still doesn’t join, I suspect it is a faulty device at this point.

Yeah, you can be right.
