CCX Issues with Cisco AIR-AP3802I-B-K9 Access Points

Anyone have any issues with CCX based RTLS environments when using AP3802I series access points? Other models such as the 1142's and 3500s work fine. Code is on the older side 8.2 but I've also tried 8.5 without any success. I've also tried both 5508 and 5520 WLC controllers. It seems isolated to the access point hardware but I can't figure out what. Anyone have any suggestions?

Provide more useful information other than this because we do not know what "issues" are encountered.

It does not seem like CCX works or there is additional configuration needed for this series.. We have several CCX based RTLS tags that work just fine except in areas where there are 3800 series access points. There is just no signs of any CCX traffic.

One thing I did notice is the error message with CCX on the b radio. It just so happens the RTLS tags all us the b radios.
