Cisco 1200 PoE - Power & Device Status lights

On the Cisco PoE for a Aironet 1200, the lights labled Power Status and Device Status are blinking opisit of eachother as soon as I plug in the cat5 cable to the device. What does this mean? Is the radio fried? Is there a pinched cable? Please help?

On a Access Point 1200 you will have an Ethernet LED, a Status LED and a radio activity LED. The Status LED blinks when there is no association on the AP. The Radio activity LED blinks when there is RF traffic going through. When any if these LED glow in Red color that indicates mostly a hardware failure or a firmware issue. Hope it clarifies.
