Cisco 1542 - Any way to get logging from these or check the firmware?

Just wondering if there is any way to check the firmware on these remotely & if there is a way to get logging from these models?

Alsom should be noted that when I check out prime environment for this outdoor AP I do see these logs repeating. Would I have the correct interpretation of the log being that the outdoor/receiving AP is simply losing & reconnecting to the sending AP?

 - If running Mobility Express you may try this snmp OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.10  (provided snmp is properly configured) , for logging , configure a syslog server ,

Controller based APs should always be running the same version as the WLC but you can also use: "show ap image all" on the WLC.

The whole point of managing APs from a WLC is that your management and logging is done centrally on the controller but you can also configure APs to log locally to a syslog server.
