Re: cisco 1815w how to enable dual band

i have a few cisco 1815w, on the tech specs, it says its double band, but on my controller has only enable the 2.4, and i dont see how to enable, i have another ap like 1852, but they have enable by defaul the 5g, what can i be doing wrong?

Ensure the correct country code is configured on the WLC for the AP.

What is the complete model number of the AP on the AP label?

Assuming (from your other post) that your WLC is configured for Mexico then according to

you should be using AIR-AP1815W-A-K9
