Cisco 2504 POE has stopped working

Hi

I have an 2504 WLC, POE worked great then it just stopped working, i dont use LAG, the ports work as normal ports, and i have checked the port configuration on the WLC see picture.

It has also been in a harsh environment.

Well maybe the PoE is no longer functioning. So either get a PoE injector, ac adaptive or put the device on a PoE switch. If you still have support, you can always try to RMA. You did try to use can air to clean the port and did try to power up another device with a new patch cable connected to that port just to make sure that PoE is or is not working?

yes i have tried cleaning the port, have also tried a different cable, and i have also tested the ap with an poe adapter and the ap works.

Well I think the PoE is dead then. You will just have to use another way to power up the device. It is in a harsh environment so just be ready in case more ports goes down or the controller stops functioning.

It shows enabled - Any Upgrade OS ? try reboot the device and test it.
