My network is working fine. i am also able to take GUI access of cisco 2702i standalone by directly connecting my laptop on the Switch Port and after manually configured eth port of my PC.

but i am not able to take GUI over the wireless network even if i am connecting the same subnet SSID Vlan 10-192.168.10.0/24

IP configured on Access point:- 192.168.10.10/24

i am also able to ping the POE switch vlan interface on which AP is connected. int vlan 10 192.168.10.8

please suggest what is the reason behind this.

On lightweight APs this is normally disabled for security reasons. Can you connect via SSH or telnet to the AP, assuming it's running in Autonomous mode?

yes it is running in Autonomous (standalone) mode. i also run  IP HTTP server and IP HTTP secure server commands on CLI. but still GUI is not accessible over the LAN network..

Ok, that sounds good.

Have a look here, maybe this helps: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/15_2_4_JB/configuration/guide/scg15-2-4-Book/scg15-2-4-chap2-gui.html#64205
