Yes and no. AIR-PWRINJ-FIB can only provide PoE power of 15.4w. Ideally, if you want the 3700 to push 4X4 MIMO, you'll want the AP to be powered up with 16.8w PoE. With 15.4w, the 3700 will operate at a slower level.

Is there a IEEE 802.3at PoE+ Cisco Aironet Power Injector Media Converter?

Nope.

Leo,

Thank you.

What are you trying to do, Michael?

What medium are you trying to "extend"?  Copper or Fibre optic?

If copper, have a look at THIS.

Hi Leo,

I am trying to achieve two things in one.... I want to extend a long link to an Access Point using fiber and then Power up the Access Point using POE+ Power Injector. I wish Cisco had a POE+ Power Injector and Media Converter all-in-one. It would save me the cost of buying a media converter and Power Injector. Is there a POE+ Power Injector-Media converter out there in the market?

Nope.  Not enough in the demand to produce.

If you do purchase them, let use know how well it works.  My customers whom typically have typically long runs in their plants have used the Cisco 8-port switch instead of trying one of those.
