Cisco 7925g & DHCP

I've been working with cisco wireless now for about 15 years and have run into something I've not seen before.

On main campus, I have a cisco 7925 connecting to wireless network with wpa2-psk.  Phone registers with call manager and all is good.

On satellite campus, installed 5760 controller and created same ssid and wpa2-psk as main campus has.  Also, created dhcp scope at satellite campus for phone.

The phone will not acquire a dhcp address.  I configured a laptop with same ssid and wpa2-psk at satellite campus and laptop acquires ip address just like it should.

I can't for the life of me figure out what is happening with the phone.  I have ascom wireless configured the same way to work on both campuses with a different ssid and wpa2-psk and ascom works fine.

Anybody have any suggestions to what may be happening?  TIA

Stupid questions:

1.  I presume DHCP Option 150 is enabled?

2.  Does the 7925G authenticate correctly to the SSID?

1.  Yes, option 150 is enabled.

2.  The 7925G associates and authenticates to the SSID.

1.  Yes, option 150 is enabled.

Ok. so this phone is located in a remote site.  What happens if the phone goes to the Head Office?

phone works just fine at main campus.

What is the software code you run on your 5760 ?

Pls post below CLI output

show wcdb database <7925_mac_address>

Also if you could get below traces, it should help us to understand what is the problem

set trace group-wireless-secure level debu
set trace group-wireless-secure filter mac <7925_mac_address>
set trace dhcp events level debug
set trace dhcp events filter mac <7925_mac_address>

once you set above below CLI output should give you the info

show trace sys-filtered-traces
