Cisco 9120 Access Point not working after restart

Cisco 9120 Access Point port is down and up and then the device does not work. To make the device work, you need to unplug the cable from the port on the back of the device and plug it back in.
(The switch does not have a poe problem. After manually unplugging and plugging the cable from the access point, everything works fine.)
Has anyone encountered this? Why would this be?

Like @marce1000 says we would need to see full logs from the AP to even begin to guess what might be wrong!  Save the complete console log to text file and attach in your reply when the AP is not working.

What version of software are you using?

Are you use any l2 secuirty'

Like dhcp snooping or 802.1x in SW?

Are you sure AP get new IP after reboot?
