I now have 2 Cisco 9120AXi -E that does a Boot loop. I can come in to U-boot but thats it.
Hard Reset doesn't help. Is there anyone who has had this problem and solved it?

RMA the AP.

Can you attach a console to the AP and show us the output of it booting?

Flash or memory is probably defect:
Correctable ECC Error detected: addr=0x1bfdfa00, intrCtrl=0x00000090, accessCtrl=0xC388001B Correctable ECC Error detected: addr=0x1cc4f400, intrCtrl=0x00000090, accessCtrl=0xC388001B ... ... [ *10/13/2020 10:10:27.7740] NMI watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#1 stuck for 22s! [act2_verify:1422]
I suggest replacing it.

When consoled into the AP, there should be a 3-second countdown timer to break the boot process using the "ESC" key. Hit that and you will be presented with a "u-boot" prompt. Enter the following:
setshenv BOOT part1 saveshenv
And then reboot the AP.

setshenv does not exist.
Is this the same command ?
setenv - set environment variables
saveenv - save environment variables to persistent storage

Different AP firmware have different command variation. If "setshenv" is not accepted then try "setenv".
