Cisco 9136I AP configuration in WLC mode

Hi ,

Anyone can tell me Shall I configured Cisco 9136 I AP in standalone mode and act as WLC.

Please let us know.

If there are no other AP you can run it as autonomous

If there are other AP you can use it as EWC' 

But let me check if this AP support that

Sorry for bad news 

This AP is only work as LAP' which meaning 

It need WLC 9800

It not support EWC

   - @pavansharma      No ,the 9136  can not act as a standalone controller because Embedded wireless controller on AP (EWC) functionality is not supported on that model :
