Cisco 9800 WLC DNA ESSENTILAS RATE LIMITING TRAFFIC PER USER

Hai

One of our client has cisco 9800 wlc with 17.9 code and dna essentilas licence.Client requested to rate limit internet traffic by two mbps per user. Old 5504 controller it was easy in SSID but this option missing with 9800.please help
