Hi guys,

I have a Cisco 9800 WLC which is running as 17.3.6.

I noticed it wouldn't show any content on software upgrade tab as I attached. When I try to enter Licensing tab, the symptom is the same. Just loading icon is turning around constently. how can I enter software upgrade and Licensing tab?

I already reboot it and tried to access it with Edge, Chrome, Firefox but it's totally same.

Does any one know how to fix it?

Have you tried different browsers?

Had someone mention turning off rogues in some enviroments makes GUI more responsive as well.

You would be able to see this via the CLI worst case

Turn off Dark Mode.

If possible upgrade to 17.9.5 or other recommended version, it's not worth staying in 17.3.x unless you have a specific need to be with that code.

I had a similar problem a while ago, check different browsers, clear cache, maybe zoom level or dark mode.
Otherwise you have to use the CLI.

Good luck!

Very weird.. actuall I have another 9800 which is running on same version and there's no any problem on it. Different browsers, clear cache, zoom level or dark mode,, all of things couldn't resolve this issue.

  - Then it could be related to some form of long term resource exhaustion for instance and one could try a controller reboot , if feasible and possible at a particular  time ,

Just use the CLI to upgrade it to a current supported version as per TAC recommended link below rather than wasting time trying to make it work on GUI.
