Hi,
I am trying to air provision Cisco AIR-AP2702E-UXK9 access point through the Cisco Air Provision application in android but it is giving "Regulatory Domains for Universal AP are not available. The AP cannot be configured" and the "Configure" button is grayed out. Attached screenshot. The controller used is WLC-2504. Please advice what to do to provision the access point.
Thanks,
Ajin.

On the SSID settings, is the Universal AP ticked?

Hi Leo,
yes, it is ticked, otherwise I wont be able to login to the AP using the application.

What country is the AP going to be deployed and what is the country code allowed in the controller?

LOL! Found it. CSCva62084
it's a bug with the Air Provisioning App.
08-03-2016 01:17 AM
That means I cannot provision the AP?! There is no fix?
08-03-2016 01:19 AM
I have no idea when the fix is going to be released, however, it is deemed to be "Severe". So this means a fix is on the way. ETA, however, is unknown.

Hopefully they'll fix it soon...Thank you...Cheers

Talk to your Cisco SE/AM and maybe they can provide a reasonable ETA.
Raise a TAC Case and maybe this will pressure the app developer to do something.
