I uploaded the image as depicted in the manual of the post above. It says in the "Show version" that "AP Image type : MOBILITY EXPRESS IMAGE AP Configuration : MOBILITY EXPRESS CAPABLE"
This is with both following: "AP Running Image: 8.2.166.0 Primary Boot Image: 8.2.166.0"
and "AP Running Image: 8.3.133.0 Primary Boot Image: 8.3.133.0"
Attached are "Show version" of both those images
Also I have searched the SSID with 5 devices and have not found it. The light of the AP blinks with red,amber and green
Now the SSID appeared and I was able to configure the device. After the configs have been saved and device should boot, it boots and doesn't broadcast the SSID I just configured there. The light on the top of the device flickers red/green/amber again. What could fix this issue?

This has been blinking as depicted for over an hour.
Did you select the correct country for your AP in the initial setup? You have a -E model, so you must select a European country. If you select the wrong country, the radios might not come up.
But the flashing colors typically indicate not enough power.
