Will the WLC4402-12-K9 work with the AIR-LAP1042N-A-K9 and Catalyst WS-C2950G-48-El?

WLC4402 -> FastEthernet0/5 (Catalyst 2950) -> AIR-LAP1042N-A-K9 (Plugged into FastEthernet0/6 on the Catalyst 2950)

The 2950 is a NON-PoE model so the AP will need either a power injector (PWR-INJ4) or a power supply. 

Will the WLC4402-12-K9 work with the AIR-LAP1042N-A-K9

Depends on the firmware of the controller.  Due to security vulnerabilities, I recommend the WLC to run the final 7.0.X firmware and should be able to support the 1042.
