You should not have two controllers.
You will have to choose one Master AP (Controller) and one Slave AP (Lightweight).
On Master AP:
-Keep the configuration as it is, verify that the ip address of the management interface is reachable from the local subnet at least.
On Slave AP:
-You need to remove the controller feature, simply log in to the WLC and enter this command:
(WLC)>config ap unifiedmode <WLC_NAME_OF_MASTER_AP> <IP_ADDR_OF_MGMT_INT_MASTER_AP>

If you don't know the WLC name, enter the "show sysinfo" command on the Master AP WLC prompt.
After this, you should only have one master AP and the slave AP should join the master, assuming layer 2 and layer 3 connecitivy exists.
