Cisco Aironet 1850 ME - Dropping Internet

Hello, 

I have 8 Cisco AIR-AP1852I connected using Mobility express controller, and external RADIUS(DC) for authentication. A few of our users have experienced random disconnects from the network that last a few seconds, but are enough to disrupt any conference calls and file transfers. Are there any settings I should take a look at that would be able to make the connection more stable and robust?

In most cases this is a software bug -> update the software.

Also you could try to disable 802.11r (Fast Transition, or set to Adaptive), this is often a culprit, mostly with outdated drivers on the clients.
