Our access points are experiencing the following problems:
Sometimes, mobile devices do not detect the Wi-Fi signal, but after a while, the connection becomes normal again.
When sending messages on WhatsApp, they remain in "pending" status for a long time.
During WhatsApp calls, we frequently see "unstable connection" warnings.
We have already checked and made adjustments to our switches, VLANs, trunks, and other configurations. Additionally, we modified some settings on our MikroTik router, but the problem persists.

- @Faizi If you have many access points then consider the use of a WLC mandatory because it will optimize
coverage using DCA (dynamic channel association) and TPC (transmit power control) ,per AP
The WLC will design and organize optimal coverage cells for each AP,

- Are the access points connected to a controller ? If so then include the controller model and it's software version ,

Our APs are just only autonomous, not have WLC.

Try to upgrade AP firmware to a recent version: ap3g2-k9w7-tar.153-3.JPQ3.tar or at least ap3g2-k9w7-tar.153-3.JF10.tar
You need to post the config and log from AP or check RF config; crystal ball & recent A.I. we used here to read other people equipment configuration it is broken at the moment.

Thank you, sir, I didn't find these versions in Cisco: ap3g2-k9w7-tar.153-3.JPQ3.tar, ap3g2-k9w7-tar.153-3.JF10.tar.
Please send me the download link.

Sharing files if folks do have it is not allowed. Have you tried to just search for "ap3g2-k9w7-tar.153". Keep in mind, that you don't know the integrity of the file and that is up to you.

What do you think we should do to solve this problem? We would appreciate any guidance you could provide.

You have to look at what changed prior to the issue happening. Upgrading the image on the ap doesn't fix everything. If you replaced any network infrastructure devices or made changes, that can have an impact after the fact. Create a test open SSID and start doing some testing and see what you end up with. Maybe the issue is when you roam from one ap to another, which means you don't have enough coverage, roaming isn't working well (you are using autonomous), interference and or noise in the area, maybe too many clients on a given ap.

We have a five-story building, and each floor has its rack. Each floor also has its access points, with 12 access points per floor. We encountered an issue where the access points were receiving low PoE power. We replaced the switches with PoE+ switches, but the problem still wasn't resolved. Some people say we need to update the firmware, while others suggest that our access points may have been damaged due to prolonged exposure to low power. However, no one has provided a logical explanation for where the problem is and why it has occurred.

If you want an quick explanation on what can be wrong:
A lot of AP's interfere because there is no controller to manage them and to tell them on what channel and on what power to work properly. Please also ask the "IT" to check on every AP how many antennas are Tx active just to be sure the PoE it is ok now,.
If you want to solve your problem:
Hire a company or somebody that know how to do a good wifi survey and config properly your AP's and switches. Nobody here can know from all this posts how your AP's are setup, on what channels it work, if it not interfere one with another and how MCS rates are set. 12x5 Autonomous AP in close proximity it is an invitation to problems/disaster like you have now.

- @RxTx ...>because there is no controller to manage them and to tell them on what channel and on what power to work properly
Correct and that is the reason why @Faizi should use a WLC,

And regarding power you don't need PoE+ switch for 3702 ( but it is good to have them in the future ).
3702 require low power in normal use, spec it is max 15 watt.
3702 it work with 6-8 watt as you can see in my pictures fresh from 2 of my switches with 3702 connected.
So if your AP are properly config and set-up on fixed channel and nothing changed there your new PoE+ switches look like are not properly config and are the cause of your problem.
