My apologies, but this was the closest community that fit my issue.
We are using the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Version 4.10.01075 and we use RSA hard tokens and soft tokens for users to connect to our network via VPN. For some reason, when end users have to work from home, they lose their static DNS IP addresses and I have to do this multiple times a week when they have to work from home. This issue just started happening when end users were migrated to new Dell Latitude 5420, 5520 laptop computers.
Is there a setting I am missing or something I can enable or disable to store DNS IP settings and most importantly, not have to also keep resetting the DNS suffix.
