Only one person reporting this issue?

Frequent disconnection?  Dot11Radio0 is the 802.11b/g radio.  Has the user tried 802.11a?  What is the signal strength from the PC to the WAP?  What is the signal strength from the WAP to the PC?

Yes  max  one or 2 users  .The  User Tried with the  802.11b/g radio.

The signal strength from the pc to wap is full. How to check the singnal strength from the WAP tp pc ?

Thanks,

Saroj

Post the output to the command "sh dot11 assoc".

The error message you've posted means the client, with the MAC address of 0026.b6ee.9406, has disassociated because it has roamed AWAY from the signal of the WAP or lost connected to the WAP due to low signal.

please find the Report .

Drill further down.  Do you know the MAC address of the two clients?  If you do, then you use the command "sh dot11 assoc ".

Now according to the output, there's alot of peopole who have authenticated.  So, are you saying that of all the people who have authenticated only TWO people are having issues?

please find the Report .

The user is connected now.

Yes  20-30  users  authenticated and  connect the AP  but  2 people   reporting the issue  today and earlier also.

If you have a wireless issues, EVERYONE would have problems and not just two.  So it's not a wireless issue.

Have you tried updating the wireless card's driver?

So this is the client that's having a problem?  -66 dBm is a very, very GOOD signal strength.

Yes  .

The  user is  facing problem  from  last  few days diconnection issue. Please advice need any  more information for the WAP configuration.

Thanks,

Saroj

No. This is  a New WAP  buy  2/3 months  back.

Thanks,

Saroj

Hello,

can any one help me  guide  how  to configure  in  CLI  multiple  SSID 'S and   load balance Users  on cisco AP 1142 ?

Thanks,

Saroj

Saroj,

Here is a document that will explain how to create multiple SSID's and how to use multiple vlans. Autonomous doesn't load balance and that part is decided by the client device and not the access point. This link should help you get started.

Is it possible to  create  multiple SSID's   and  use  for  the same  vlan  instead of  multiple VLAN's ?

my users  are in one vlan  only .

Thanks,

Saroj
