Post the output to the command "sh dot11 assoc".
The error message you've posted means the client, with the MAC address of 0026.b6ee.9406, has disassociated because it has roamed AWAY from the signal of the WAP or lost connected to the WAP due to low signal.

Drill further down. Do you know the MAC address of the two clients? If you do, then you use the command "sh dot11 assoc
Now according to the output, there's alot of peopole who have authenticated. So, are you saying that of all the people who have authenticated only TWO people are having issues?

If you have a wireless issues, EVERYONE would have problems and not just two. So it's not a wireless issue.
Have you tried updating the wireless card's driver?
11-30-2012 01:31 AM
So this is the client that's having a problem? -66 dBm is a very, very GOOD signal strength.

Hello,
can any one help me guide how to configure in CLI multiple SSID 'S and load balance Users on cisco AP 1142 ?
Thanks,
Saroj

Saroj,
Here is a document that will explain how to create multiple SSID's and how to use multiple vlans. Autonomous doesn't load balance and that part is decided by the client device and not the access point. This link should help you get started.

Is it possible to create multiple SSID's and use for the same vlan instead of multiple VLAN's ?
my users are in one vlan only .
Thanks,
Saroj
