Hi Ric,

I reverted now through telnet! but I wan to ask you because that image c1550-k9w8-mx.153-3.JA I used it in another project and working but with wlc 8.0.100

any Idea about it!

If you have the .tar file available for c1550-k9w8-mx.153-3.JA then yep that will be fine, it is enough to get the AP on to lightweight and it will download the required image from the WLC once it joins if it is different.

Is there any way to get tar file from AP like copy from flash: ??

If possible I can take it !

Thanks

is this one working c1520-k9w8-tar.153-3.JAA11.tar

because this is only one can download it from cisco for free hehehehe

Sorry no that is for a different model AP! You need a 1550 compatible image. If you can copy the whole directory from an existing AP then that may work but I haven't tried that before.

could you uide me how to copy all folder from AP. please

thanks

I'm not even sure it is possible, sorry! You would need to copy from flash to FTP probably then vice versa to the new AP.. google may have some articles.

There are sometimes other places to obtain AP images to convert to LW..

didn't except the flash:

I removed flash: and start :

ap#archive download-sw tftp://10.80.0.254/c1550-k9w8-mx.153-3.JA.tar
