Good morning with everyone, please a consultation:
I have a Cisco AP 2802I, which has come with IOS to work with a WLC, this WLC is a 2504, with IOS 8.3.140.0 level, it happens that this AP is associated with the WLC for a few seconds, and then it starts its process Boot, and so it is, as in a LOOP, someone has an idea of what may be happening.

Expect your news.

Regards.

Can you attach a console cable to the 2802i?
Then please provide us with the full boot output.
There are various reasons why it doesn't attach, I assume it's connected to the same VLAN as the ap-management interface of the 2504?
Do you know the exact order number of the AP? If it ends in -K9C it contains a mobility express image and first needs to be converted to CAPWAP via console (enter ap-type capwap once it is booted).

Go to Management > Tech Support > AP Crash Log.
See if you can copy the crash log into a Notepad and attach to this thread.

Hello, thanks for you response, I attach a LOG of startup of the device AP 2802I.

Expect your news.

Regards.
