Cisco AP for dummies

I consider myself to have a pretty good feel for configuring VLANs and IP addressing using Cisco routers and switches with the CLI. Today I was trying to setup an 1100 AP for data and voice VLANs using the web interface and found it incredibly confusing! Is there any doc out there with simple instruction on how to setup these things? All I need to do is setup a couple of VLANs and a couple of SSIDs with WPA.
