I am using cisco aironet C1600 (AIR-SAP1602I-E-K9) model AP. Although 802.11n is installed, the speed provided by wireless does not exceed 50Mbps. I updated the encryption method to be WPA-2 aes-ccm and enabled the WMM feature, but nothing changed. I am sharing the AP config in the attachment, can you help?

Hi Leo,
I tested it with a different AP of the same model and saw that I could get 85Mbps speed. In summary, the current AP is faulty. Thank you for your help.

how about end device Wireless NIC ( Drivers) have you tried any other latest device?
07-14-2021 03:42 PM
is the client connected over 2.4 radio or 5?
What the WAN speed?
Hows the speedtest conducted? Ookla or Iperf?
What is the client OS and model?
Does the client support 5GHz?

Thank you everyone for your answers.
I will answer your questions one by one.
My wan speed is 100Mbps. When I test the cable at the end of the ethernet cable that is inserted into the Cisco AP, I get 95Mbps speed.
I'm doing the speed measurement with home oakla, but I'm downloading files from FTP to double check (4.7MiB/s x 8=37Mbps)
Clients have 5G support. I'm testing with multiple devices. Laptop, Apple, Samsung etc.
During the test stages, I paid attention to the fact that only one client was connected.

1602E means an AP with external antenna. What is the model of the antenna and how many antennas installed on this AP?
1602E also means 802.11n only. What happens if 2.4 Ghz is disabled? What result with www.fast.com?
07-14-2021 11:35 PM
There is no external antenna over the model AP I am using. I tried disabling 2.4Ghz but the result did not change. Fast.com speed test result is 37Mbps...
I asked for the config file from a friend who uses the same AP and there is no difference. With the same version and the same AP, it can reach higher speeds.

Ooops. Mea culpa. I misread the model.

Show us the config.

Get rid of that.
Post the complete output to the command "sh interface g0".
It could be speed/duplex mismatch.
