Hi all, are there any Cisco AP models with downtilt internal antennas?
I checked through a few Cisco 9100 series APs data sheets but did not find any.
I see that Aruba has such APs, and it appears to work well in difficult environments without resorting to APs with external directional antennas.

Yes you have Cisco Catalyst 9124AXD.
This AP is intendeed for outdoors or hard environments, but it can be used the way you ask downtilting it from the ceiling. (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/catalyst-9100ax-access-points/nb-06-cat9124-ser-ap-ds-cte-en.html)
All Cisco catalyst 9100 access points for indoors have hemispherical radiation pattern, so signal propagation in horrizaontal way is reduced if you compare it with previous 3802/4802 series.

For indoors, there's also the 9166D1 - internal, directional, tri-band, 4x4. See the 9166 datasheet: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/catalyst-9166-series-access-points/catalyst-9166-series-access-points-ds.html
Notice the picture showing it on the articulating bracket allowing it to be tilted/rotated as needed. More info on that in the install guide:
