Hi,
Couple of days ago I wrote about not being able to configure my ap's 1602i to work as root and repeater. Today I have different problem. When I tried to connect my pc to repeater device using ethernet cable I didn't get access to network. I tried to set up static ip addres on g0 interface and no shutdown but interface is only in reset mode and it stays like that. I am not using poe switch to power the devices I have external power injector. Both ap's can ping each other and default gateway of my router. after configuring bvi 1 interface on repeater ap showed messages:
*Mar 1 00:13:44.991: %LINK-5-CHANGED: Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to reset
*Mar 1 00:13:49.683: dot11_mgmt: bad cookie returned from driver for mac 2c3e.cf1c.3f90(expected 0x0, got 0x4B7231C) - force driver to delete client
*Mar 1 00:13:50.063: %LINK-6-UPDOWN: Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to up
*Mar 1 00:13:51.063: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to up
*Mar 1 00:13:51.067: %DOT11-4-UPLINK_ESTABLISHED: Interface Dot11Radio0, Associated To AP root 2c3e.cf1c.3f90 [None WPAv2 PSK]
*Mar 1 00:13:52.059: %LINK-6-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet0, changed state to down
*Mar 1 00:13:52.071: %LINK-6-UPDOWN: Interface BVI1, changed state to up
*Mar 1 00:13:53.071: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface BVI1, changed state to up
In attachments there are running config and show ip interface brief for both devices did anyone have similar problem to mine ? I am assuming that if my pc can't connect to ap then the switch wouldn't, but in order to make my desired wireless bridge configuration I have to be able to directly access ap using ethernet cable please help

I don't see solution to my problem in these links. Version on my ap's ap1g2-k9w7-tar.152-4.JA1.tar

    - I would advice to always use a switch in between and not connect pc direct to the repeater ,

Both of those bugs are Terminated (not fixed).

Start by updating the APs to last available release: ap1g2-k9w7-tar.153-3.JF15.tar to ensure you eliminate any known, fixed bugs.

But ethernet port not coming up seems fairly fundamental.  Have you tried connecting it to the switch? Are you sure it's a working cable?  Let's see "show run int go"?
