Cisco APs with the same SSIDs

I have some Cisco APs 1200 Series and when I put these to broadcast the same SSID the users get disconnect on instants.

What is the problem?

What I will need to do to put the APs to serv the same SSIDs?

Likly your APs over lap one another. Do a search on the forums for site survey and you will turn up several good conversations.
