Hi
I have an Cisco Aironet 340 Series wireless bridge and FreeBSD
4.6-STABLE in my network connected via hub. After bridge restart server becomes
unavaliable to all wireless clients, but all Windows and Linux
machines in cable LAN are still avaliable for them.
After resetting and configuring bridge all works fine until restart.
All arp enties in tables are fine, tcpdump shows packets from a
wireless client.
What can I do, what it might be?

I assume the tcpdump was run on FreeBSD, and it sees packets from wireless clients. Have You tried clearing ARP table ( arp -da )? FreeBSD around 4.6 had bug with properly interpreting ARP table entries.
