I would go for the latest available version of the MIBs.

But just to be clear these MIBs are for the 9800 series controllers not for the AP.  The AP is not intended to be managed directly via SNMP - the SNMP is intended to go to the WLC which the AP is connected to.

In our environment, it is an AP which acts as controller ... SNMP can go to this AP ?

Yes the WLC MIBs should work for the EWC AP running IOS-XE but note that the WLC MIB support in IOS-XE is quite limited because Cisco has changed their focus to streaming telemetry.  Many of the MIBs which worked on AireOS are not supported at all or only partially supported so don't be surprised if you get some unexpected or null results from some of the MIBs.
