Hi I have a Cisco Embedded Wireless Controller on Catalyst Access Points 17.8.1, with 3 AP 9120 AX connected to it.
Those 3 AP and the embedded one are connecting clients and working properly but the GUI is not working, it doesn't load.
I hope you can help me fix this issue.

Can you ping the EWC being on the same VLAN?
Can you SSH into the EWC?
If yes, verify http & https enabled on the EWC
######## Enables web interface of EWC ######## EWC(config)#ip http server EWC(config)#ip http secure-server
Are you using http:// or https:// to access EWC?
If both HTTP and HTTPs are enabled, the EWC always serves the user with its HTTPS web interface. It is crucial to have HTTP enabled for some features such as web authentication and it is recommended to have it enabled.

- Have a checkup of the Cisco Embedded Wireless Controller's configuration with the CLI command
show tech wireless and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer

I assume it worked before? Sometimes the browser need a clear of the cached files. Have you tried a private browsing tab?
And you really should upgrade.

You're using version 17.8 which is a Standard-Support Release which will never get any bug or security fixes. You should always aim to use an Extended-Support release (17.9, 17.12 etc) to be able to get bug and security updates.
