Hello all,
we bought C9800 CL + C9105 AP's with 3y DNA licenses. I got an email with confirmation that licenses and support were assigned to my smart account. However, in licenses i see only perpetual network stack licenses, no DNA licenses at all. My contract starts from august, it this the reason why i dont see them in my account? Will they apperar as unused once contract starts?
Contract shows up as green/signed.

I believe it can be related to the fact the contract is not running yet but make sure you Associate a Sales Order to a Smart Account

yes, order is correctly associated to my smart acc. So until contract starts I have time to prepare WLC.
