Hello,
I tried to launch a job on my Cisco Prime (current version is 3.8.1) to archive the configuration of my Cisco 9800 WLC, but the job gave me the "Partial Success status". Either the Running and the startup configs are successful, but the "Fetch Vlan" part gives me the following error :
Fetch VLAN
Couldn't able to collect VLAN on the device. server not accessible from device.
Any Idea why this is happening? My controller is a Cisco Catalyst 9800-40 Wireless Controller with 17.3.6 release currently running.
Is the job still ok even if this status occours? Is the configuration still saved properly?
Thanks all

- FYI : https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwa89676
- I don't know if the bug report is really related , because it mentions other platforms but refers to IOX-XE ; however also note that these days the only Prime version still officially supported is 3.10.x ; anything older is EOS/EOL ,

Hi,
had the same issue that config archive did not work with error: "Couldn't able to collect VLAN on the device. server not accessible from device." with Prime 3.10.0.1050.90 and ISR4431/K9 Release 17.03.06.
Looks like an issue when you have the combination "ip tftp source-interface GigabitEthernet0" in device-config but not any IPv4 address configured on Ge0.
A "no ip tftp source-..." on router config solved this issue for me.
